Industrial Studio

Re-thinking of a Heritage Structure to incorporate creative studio spaces.

We have considered occupying the apex of the light steel angle structures with the insertion of prefabricated timber “pod” structures. These would benefit from the height of these spaces, and the obvious quality of rooflight from the apex glazing and ventilation cowls.

The spaces between the timber interventions and the existing shell would allow meeting and breakout spaces, circulation and gathering spaces.
